This policy explains what information Anvay Consultancy collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated: July 2026.
This Privacy Policy applies to anvayconsultancy.com and covers information collected through our contact, consultation and demo-request forms. It does not govern data processed inside a Hospital Information System (HIS) or other software we build and deploy for a specific client — that processing is governed separately by the applicable project agreement (e.g. the relevant Scope of Work) and the client's own privacy obligations to its patients or users, as described in Section 5 below.
When you use a form on this site (general enquiry, demo request, or newsletter/careers interest) we collect what you choose to submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, organisation or hospital name, city, and any message you include. We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as health information) through this website itself.
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tooling may automatically log standard technical information — browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and pages visited — for security and site-performance purposes.
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, schedule a consultation or product demo, and — only where you've agreed to it — send you relevant updates about our services or Hospital Information System. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Our Hospital Information System (HIS) is a custom application we design, build and deploy for individual hospital clients under a dedicated Scope of Work. Once deployed, patient and operational data entered into that system is owned and controlled by the client hospital — not by Anvay Consultancy — and is governed by the data-handling and privacy terms agreed between the hospital and its patients, in line with applicable health-data regulations in India. Anvay Consultancy's role is limited to development, deployment and, where contracted, ongoing technical maintenance (AMC) of the system; we do not use client patient data for our own marketing or analytics purposes.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including HTTPS encryption in transit — to protect information submitted through this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain enquiry and demo-request information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain our business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've submitted to us by emailing info@anvayconsultancy.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
This website is intended for business enquiries from adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
